Founder and Principal, Galanou Consulting

Her work focuses on the intersection of healthcare strategy, AI and digital transformation, professional education, and organizational change. She helps organizations move from recognizing that an issue matters to defining what should happen next, who needs to be involved, and how the work will get done.

Most recently, Dr. Galanou Luchen worked with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, a national professional association representing more than 60,000 pharmacy professionals. In that role, she supported work across digital health, data, AI strategy, strategic planning, professional education, stakeholder engagement, board and executive communications, and new program development.

That experience shaped her approach to helping professional organizations identify emerging priorities, align internal and external stakeholders, communicate value to members, and turn ideas into deliverables that last beyond a single meeting or report.

Now based in Greece, Dr. Galanou Luchen brings a Greek-American perspective to her work. Her background is rooted in U.S. health-system pharmacy and association leadership, but her current focus is broader. She helps healthcare organizations, professional societies, and mission-driven teams navigate transformation in ways that are clear, credible, and executable.
